- Need help! Have searched through web pages and e-mailed Logicode. No
- answers. None! Zip!
-
- The modem is a Logicode, Quicktel 28.8, Model 2814XV-R (with a pasted on
- label that sez M2814XV.34). We are connecting to an ISP through MacPPP.
- (When not being used to contact ISP modem does faxes.) Now using "AT&F".
- Modem frequently dials ok, connects and then gets grumpy when it is trying
- to handle data. (Dosen't seem to have a problem in getting the port away
- from the fax software.)
-
- If you have one that works in simmular situations using this modem and a
- PC would be happy to start there and see if I can use it or modify it.
- Any and all suggestions accepted.
